I experience vertigo when I run outside--the spinning sensation occurs after I have run about a mile. I can run on a treadmill and have no symptoms and can also participate with all other forms of physical activity and have no problems. I bike and swim on a regular basis and don't experience vertigo. I also have been able to run while pushing a jogging stroller and go futher on my run-about 4 miles. I have also had MRI's done and have been to sports medicine physicians and have received no answers to my problem. I recently competed in a indoor triathlon where the swim and bike portion went fine, but when I ran on the track I experiened severe spinning and vertigo after running a mile.
